A tract of land (AKA Tract 2) located in the SW ¼ of Section 30, Township 2 North, Range 73 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Costilla County, Colorado, more particularly described as:


Beginning at the Center of the Section 30, thence West along the dividing line between the NW ¼ and the SW ¼ of Section 30 a distance of 341.6 feet to a point on the West right of way line of the San Luis Valley Southern Railroad as the same is now constructed on the ground, which point is 50 feet West the center line which is the place of beginning of this survey:
Thence South 14° 20" West along the West right of way line a distance of 1721 feet;
Thence West a distance of 1500 feet;
Thence North 29° 47" East a distance of 1915 feet, Which is the South East corner of the W ½ NW ¼ of Section 30 above mentioned;
Thence along the dividing line between the NW ¼ and the SW ¼ of Section 30 due East a distance of 978.4 feet to the place of beginning of the survey (Also known as Tract 2).
